What makes this course unique is we focus on your needs as an individual, and at the same time, foster a community that provides support from other women.

6 Week Postpartum Program

This 6-week program is designed for postpartum moms looking to get back to your fitness of choice and/or daily motherhood tasks. Experiencing leaking when sneezing, running, jumping, coughing, laughing? Pain, discomfort, diastasis recti (separation of the midline)? Recover & Reset is for you! Come learn how to strengthen and engage the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor through breathing techniques and functional movements.

Cost is $160 for the 6 week program. Must be at least 3 weeks postpartum vaginal delivery & 6 weeks postpartum cesarean delivery.
