Today, I can put myself in a situation where I feel completely vulnerable and give something a try because I may end up embarrassing myself, but next week, next year, I'll be stronger. Thank you, DRiV, for everything you have done for me and for being such an integral part of my family.

What brought you to CrossFit in the first place?
Caleb: It was the idea that I thought I was too small, and seeing my dad workout inspired me to join him.
Greg: I was bored with traditional gym workout and had little motivation to go to the gym much less complete a workout. While playing golf with one of the members, he convinced me I should try CrossFit. I reached out to DRIV and Todd kept calling even after I ignored him several time, so I finally agreed to come for a test with AJ

Courtney: This gym was the first place I checked out moving to town, literally. I am so, so, so, so, so thankful for the family friend that recommended it to me. She suggested it based on how awesome the coaching is--and she wasn't wrong. Y'all have created an atmosphere that I am so grateful for. This DPT program i'm in is so incredibly hard and absolutely draining, and I kid you not, this gym has kept me sane. I think its incredible how the coaches truly invest not only in each individual physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I feel like i'm cared about here--as well as improving by leaps and bounds physically. You people are gold. This gym is gold. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
